01How do I know which service is right?+
You do not need to decide before inquiring. Calix reviews the situation first and may recommend a smaller or different engagement, more discovery, postponement, or no engagement.
02Will I receive an immediate quote?+
No. An inquiry is reviewed for context and fit. If a discovery conversation is useful, the recommendation and proposal follow that conversation.
03Does Calix only work with technology businesses?+
No. The work begins with the business and customer problem. Technology, including AI, is recommended only when it is a practical part of the answer.
04Are the projects in Selected Work client engagements?+
No. Volume I contains founder-initiated research, strategy, and design explorations. They demonstrate ways of thinking without implying client outcomes.
